How Rebel Roasters Coffee came about
We are a small family-owned coffee roasting company that strives to provide the highest quality coffee with customer service as our main priority. We have been committed to delivering great tasting coffee from bean to cup since day one and are best known for our expertly roasted coffees.
Rebel Roasters Coffee was founded by Keith Azzopardi in 2013. As a coffee lover, he quickly found that the available options were not to his taste and began looking for a way to change that.
It all started off as an idea for a business but quickly turned into something much more meaningful. After researching what makes good coffee, Keith began experimenting and roasting his own beans at home. He soon realised how much passion he had for this project. He then started teaching himself about everything related to roasting—from green bean sourcing to cupping techniques. As Rebel Roasters Coffee grew in popularity amongst friends and family, it became clear that there was a lot of potential lying ahead.
The company has found success by focusing on high-quality products while maintaining great customer service. As more and more people began to work from home, Rebel Roasters Coffee has grown its business to meet the demands of this new market.
As part of the growth strategy, Rebel Roasters Coffee welcomed Paul Cotte to the family business. Paul will be heading the Sales and distribution department and the plans are to create a company structure that can support further growth for years to come. There is no telling where we could go next!
Rebel Roasters Coffee offers an online store where customers can buy freshly roasted coffee beans delivered anywhere in Australia. We use only 100% Arabica beans, ethically sourced from around the world to create our distinctive blends. We have been refining our techniques over the past few years to provide excellent quality coffees with an array of tastes for all kinds of palette preferences. We continue to work closely with our customers by listening to their needs and making specific adjustments when necessary.
