Single Origin
A wet-processed (washed) Ethiopian coffee known for its rich, full body (mouthfeel), sweet and complex flavour, low acidity, floral aroma, and a finish that is bright and soft. A good Sidamo is well-balanced with notes of chocolate and often exhibits tones of spice and wine.
Cupping Notes: Hints of fruit, currants and cinnamon flow over the taste buds, leaving complex flavours of fruit, wonderful floral notes and a tingly, spicy finish. Highly complex characteristics, very clean, crisp flavours, ideal for single origin pour-over, cold drip, filter, French press, also make a cracking espresso!

Sidamo coffees are grown in the Province of Sidamo in the Ethiopian highlands It is very likely that in and around this region is where coffee had its origins.
